Years ago, I had a reputation for killing every plant I touched. With three small children, a business, and a household to manage, gardening felt like an impossible task. The truth was, I didn’t understand the basics—planting the right plant, in the right place, at the right time. But life has a way of changing your path.
When I lost my daughter, I was searching for a way to process my grief. I found myself drawn to the garden. At first, it was a way to occupy my hands and mind, but soon, it became so much more. Each seed I planted, each flower that bloomed, was a reminder that growth, beauty, and healing could still happen, even in the hardest of times. Gardening became a sanctuary, a space where I could nurture life and, in turn, begin to heal my own heart.
Now, I want to share that journey with others. Whether you’re new to gardening or new to Florida’s unique climate, IThis is more than planting a garden. It’s planting hope, tending dreams, and harvesting joy. Let’s grow together—from seed to soul.
Keeping planting, keep growing, and keep blooming!
